• In depth review of how frequent your player is getting the puck in certain situations (offensive / defensive zone). How many times do you get the puck in that situation before the other team has possession? Seconds per possession rate review - how many seconds is your son / daughter on the ice before he / she gets possession of the puck? We want to help the numbers in your favor by increasing frequency.
• Hockey is a game of  repeated patterns throughout the game. We help your player figure out which habits are helping their game and which ones aren't. 
• Detailed feedback methods to build player confidence . Methods used by the top players in the NHL.
• Establish written goals & strategy to accomplish those goals. 

• Record 1 game. Shifts of your son / daughter only via cell phone. Do not record the entire game. 
• Upload video clips to iMovie, export video to email or upload to a private Youtube link: send to Rich@MotorCityHockey.com
• Professional staff will review footage and advise if additional footage is required for accurate feedback. Our vision and method for this training mentorship is to explore high frequency events, not shift to shift  feedback.  

• During the Zoom video call (30 min) our professional instructor will review his finding on your player.  We will share screens with your player and review footage in depth detail.
•  Our 1 on 1 mentorship program provides a detailed report of feedback in which your player will leave the session knowing exactly what they should be looking for / working on to improve both their practice / game importance.

• Our program is designed for players travel grade 4 - professional athletes. 
• Mentorship opportunities are extremely limited.

This mentorship program is designed for players to connect with hockey professionals and establish goals for their educational and hockey careers. This program will inspire players establish the goals and work ethics to be successful. This program will help your son / daughter with high frequency skill tips that will impact their game immediately. 

Coach Rich Mihelic will be on for all sessions. Mentorship opportunities also available with Ryan Misiak, Shane Berschbach and Mac Diver. During calls with Rich there will be opportunities for additional mentorship from professional / established hockey players also joining the call pending availability.
