- Player must be playing on an active roster by Spring of each year for a team that is eligible for body contact / checking.
- Players that are playing up a birth year are allowed to participate in this clinic if the player is on an active roster of a team that is eligible for checking.

MCH "ALL IN" POLICY
Section 1. COMMITTED Families ONLY!
- 1. The "MCH ALL IN" Policy is followed at all times. There are NO exceptions to the policy guidelines below.
- 2. Enrolled players are 100% financially committed to all skates registered in the selected session regardless of player attendance and availability. All payments are due as outlined on the registration page.
- 3. No make ups, pro-rates, credits or refunds for missed skates due to illness, personal obligation, injury etc. If you are unable to attend a session, your spot is not transferable to another player.
- 4. Pro-rated option is only applicable for a player registering late, and the program has already started (currently not sold out).
- 5. Your payment is covering "ONLY" the skate/ice you are signed up for. For example: I am going up north next week, can I skate at a different time slot? No, the ice you are paying for is the exact time slot you are signed up for.
- 6. Enrollment cancellations after registration is completed will result in the player being unable to register for future Motor City Hockey events indefinitely.
Section 2. Mandatory Check List
- 1. Physical print / signed MCH Waiver turned in upon entry of the ice. No Waiver = No Ice.
- 2. First payment due at the first skate. 2nd payment due at the date below. Players will turn in payment to Coach Rich upon entry of the ice. Please have payment in an envelope with your son/daughter's name on it.
- 3. Cash or Check accepted. Electronic payment methods not accepted. Further instructions will be sent after registration.
